Expert Q&A

I have 22-month-old twins (girl/boy). When is the right time to introduce them to a bed? They share a room, and one is a better sleeper than the other. As you can imagine, one wakes up the other, and we thought by having them in beds we may have an easier time getting them back to sleep.?
The next step is to introduce your children to mattresses on the floor. I like this intermediary step because it allows the children to get comfortable with their new situation. Then, after a couple of months, you can introduce the bed and it should be a smooth transition.
