Well it has been a really busy month for us. Benjamin and Madeline had a blast at Christmas!! They really enjoyed all of the toys they got. James loved every second of it too, of course!! I'm sure Luke didn't mind all of the attention either.
The twins are just growing so much you wouldn't believe it. They are talking in short sentences, Benjamin can sing the ABC song, and they still love ring around the rosie. One benefit to having twins is that they can do that together, it is really cute. Benjamin has been starting to potty train, he is doing unbelievably well. Madeline, on the other hand, will try, but she hasn't succeeded just yet.
James is finishing his last semester in pre-school, I can't believe my little baby will be starting kindergarden next fall. Time just goes by faster than you can even imagine. Luke is rolling all around, sleeping all night, and taking a really good nap each afternoon. He has also started eating baby food, the twins just love it when he eats baby food, they are very interested in it. Madeline usually insists on eating some herself, she really likes it. This morning I caught Benjamin trying to give Luke a bite of his yogurt, although well-intentioned, we just can't let them start feeding Luke. There is no telling what would end up in his mouth.
James has also started swimming lessons, he is reluctant to get his face or hair wet, but he is getting comfortable in the water. Next year, when they are 3, the twins will take a class. I feel so much pride watching James do his classes, I can't even imagine the emotions when my twins are old enough to do activities.
Well, I guess thats about it for now.
